Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist Team Leader

Salary: AFC Band 8A
Position: Fixed Term Maternity Cover
Location: Oxted, Surrey

We are seeking a team leader who will coordinate the delivery of Speech and Language Therapy within a Key Stage and supervise of a small team of SLT's and SLTA's.

As one of the lead therapists you will have several years’ clinical experience at a high level, and have an in-depth understanding of a range of interventions for children with Developmental Language Disorder (DLD). You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Therapy Services to manage and develop the department. Whilst holding a caseload of students, you will coordinate the delivery of Speech and Language Therapy and supervise of a small team of SLT's and SLTA's.
